You don’t need to be physically strong to join The Foundry. By taking the brave step to take control of your health and fitness by joining our family you’ve already proved your place #WhereTheStrongBelong.
Today I am talking to Dave & Ben from the team.
Dave Thomas is the original founder and personal trainer at The Foundry. Uninspired by both the ‘impersonal’ business model of personal training within many chain gyms and the exclusivity and branding of the ‘celebrity trainer’ in London, Dave decided to set up a performance and personal training company to enable everyday people to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Ben Gotting is The Foundry’s Head of Training ensuring all our programmes and trainers operate at the very top of their game. Ben is a former professional sportsman, having spent 10 years at the top flight of British rugby, winning both European and domestic trophies with London Wasps. As one of the City’s most experienced body composition and strength and conditioning experts, anyone who trains with at The Foundry can be assured of fast but safe and long lasting results.
