His official bio is “I make videos to help you move better and live pain free” – which sums him up really well. Jacob is incredibly smart, down-to heart and knowledgeable.

Aside from his stellar academic background, Jacob is also an expert in Functional Range Release myofascial technique for the spine and also a certification as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, which blends into the weightlifting world.
His current role working with athletes is in his clinic, Performance Sport & Family Chiropractic, where she practice with his wife, who is also a powerlifter:
When we envisioned out clinic, we wanted a place where a strength athlete could come in and get assessed correctly. That meant being able to see them under load and how they respond to it. That really forms a basis of where we go with our treatment. The thing that sets us apart is that we can assess a technique on the spot, do our treatment, and then reassess under the bar to see what changes we’ve made.
In addition to working with strength athletes in the clinic, they also work with local gyms and crossfit boxes as well as with a local collegiate baseball team.
