I am a personal trainer and gym instructor who loves to sweat, throw incredibly inappropriate innuendos, pick up heavy things from the floor, and swing kettlebells until the early hours.
I offer personal training sessions, either 1-2-1 or in small groups of up to 4. Not only do I live and breathe a healthy and fit lifestyle myself, but I am committed to help people all over the world achieve their health and fitness goals. Any challenge you’re facing, throw it at us and we’ll face it together.
I have tried and tested many of the popular training fads and experimented with all types of diets so that you do not have to. My training is based on a combination of strength and circuit style resistance training, including barbells, mobility, kettlebells and functional fitness.
Every training program starts with an assessment looking at fitness, posture, mobility and lifestyle/nutrition habits. Just because I am a geek, all this information serves to create a professional training and nutrition plan that reflects your goals and improves the way you look, feel and perform.
As the self-proclaimed goal setting queen, my goal setting process ensures you are held accountable and motivated to accomplish your targets.
Fab can be found training at Fieldworks Gym in Hackney or London Fields / Victoria Park E8, as well as PureGym Shoreditch, your house and anywhere else you want to train. Whether you would prefer personal training, group training, bootcamp or online training, I’ll be there to be your cheerleader.
